About the Founder

Srishti began her dance journey at the age of three and has carried that passion with her ever since. Today, she is dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring space where students can build confidence, express themselves, and discover the joy of dance.

My name is Srishti, and dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began dancing at the age of three while growing up in India. When my family moved to the United States when I was ten years old, dance continued to be a constant in my life and became one of the most meaningful ways for me to stay connected to my culture, my roots, and my sense of identity.

As a child, I was extremely shy and introverted. My parents enrolled me in dance classes and encouraged me to participate in every performance opportunity. At the time, stepping on stage felt intimidating, but those experiences slowly helped me build confidence and find my voice. Over time, dance transformed me—not just as a performer, but as a person. It taught me courage, discipline, and the power of self-expression.

That journey is what inspired me to start teaching and sharing dance with others. My vision has always been to create a space where students feel supported, inspired, and confident enough to express themselves freely. Dance is not just about learning steps or perfecting technique—it is about discovering who you are, building confidence, and learning to believe in yourself.

Our students perform regularly throughout the year because we believe performance is an important part of growth. These performances are not about perfection; they are about emotion, confidence, perseverance, and joy. Watching students overcome their fears, step onto the stage, and shine is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
